“Das letzte Streichholz” (‘The Last Match’) intelligently revisits the topic of child abuse, which was also the subject of the earlier song, “Wunschkind” (‘Planned Child’). >Emotionally, I needed to go back to that subject again<, reveals Dero. >That’s why the lyrics were already there before the music.<

Both songs are not only potential single candidates; they also hold a couple of surprises in store for you. “Das letzte Streichholz“ grabs you with clean guitars, a morbid atmosphere and a massive chorus. “Träumst Du” (‘Are You Dreaming’) bristles with the friction between the tough, hooky verses, psychotic Nu-Metal breakdown and the touching, beautiful chorus.
